Willam and Owen arrived at the projected time. Both men were courteous and very patient in answering all my questions throughtout the day. They worked well as a team. I often saw them double checking thier work which was very reassuring to me. William kept me informed of whay they were doing at all points. They had a delay as they responded to the Etown Gas team at another site. The delay stretched out the day and they have could have left my project early but stuck they with the work. I appreciated that. At the end of the project they carefully explained the entire process of the work accomplished and showed me exactly how the system worked and intergrated with out home and furnance units.
Both William and Owen are good PR reps for Brite Generators. They are personable, upfront and honest. Good men, great job, well done!
