9. Refund and Return Policy
9.1 Eligibility
Products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided they are new only, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories. Both defective and non-defective products may be returned under these conditions.
A Return Authorization (RA) must be obtained before initiating any return. Requests should be directed to Brite Gen’s customer service.
Returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, unless the return is due to a warranty claim or product defect.
9.2 Shipping & Handling
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise instructed.
Returned items must be received within two weeks of RA issuance.
Returns may be made by mail or at an authorized drop-off location with a valid RA number.
9.3 Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 30 days for processing.
9.4 Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original under this policy.
10. Warranty and Defective Items
Brite Gen honors and enforces manufacturer warranties (specifically Generac) on qualifying products. If you believe your product is defective under Generac’s warranty, please contact us with proof of purchase and the product serial number. We coordinate repair or replacement in line with Generac’s published warranty terms. Brite Gen is not responsible for defects arising from misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow Generac’s maintenance guidelines.

11. Price Protection
If a lower price for the same item is advertised by Brite Gen within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference.
12. Warranties and Liability
This website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” and may include inaccuracies or errors. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brite Gen Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to purchases will not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
