1) Overview
This policy describes order processing times, carriers, delivery methods, and what to do if there’s a problem in transit.
2) Processing Times

Most in‑stock orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment is verified.

åOrders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time may process the next business day.

Special‑order or backordered items ship when available; estimated lead times are shown on the product page when possible.
3) Carriers & Methods

Parcel shipments: common carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS).

Heavy/oversized equipment: LTL freight with curbside delivery.

Liftgate service may be required for residential deliveries of heavy items; additional charges may apply.
4) Shipping Geography & Restrictions

We ship to the contiguous United States. For AK/HI or international quotes, contact us before ordering.

We cannot ship freight to PO Boxes. A physical address is required.

Hazardous materials and batteries may have restrictions or extended transit times.
5) Rates, Taxes & Fees

Shipping charges and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout and shown before you place the order.

If the delivery address is changed after the shipment departs, reconsignment or redelivery fees from the carrier may apply.
6) Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Freight (LTL) carriers will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment when required.
7) Receiving Freight Deliveries (Important)

Inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt.

Note any visible damage on the receipt with specific details and take photos. You may refuse delivery for severe damage.

Report concealed damage within 48 hours of delivery and keep all packaging.
8) Risk of Loss & Title
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier. We insure shipments through delivery; please follow the inspection steps above so we can assist with claims.
9) Undeliverable, Missed Appointments & Storage

If a carrier cannot reach you to schedule delivery, storage charges may accrue and will be your responsibility.

Missed appointments may incur redelivery fees from the carrier.
10) Backorders & Split Shipments

We may ship items separately as they become available. You’ll only be charged for items that ship.

If an item is backordered, we’ll notify you of updated lead times and options.
