1. Returns Eligibility

Products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided they are new only, unused, undamaged, and in the original manufacturer packaging with all accessories.

Both defective and non-defective products may be returned if they meet these conditions.

A Return Authorization (RA) must be obtained before initiating any return. Requests should be directed to Brite Gen’s customer service via email or phone with your order details.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless the return is due to a warranty claim or product defect.
2. Shipping & Handling

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping label and costs, unless otherwise instructed.

Returned items must be received within two weeks of Brite Gen issuing the RA.

Returns may be completed by mail or at a designated drop-off location with a valid RA number.
3. Warranty & Defective Items

For defects or warranty-covered issues, refer to the manufacturer’s warranty for repair or replacement. As a Generac PowerPro Elite Dealer, Brite Gen coordinates service and warranty support.

In limited cases and at Brite Gen’s discretion, refunds may be issued for defective units, in accordance with Generac warranty protocols.
4. Price Protection

If a lower price for the same item appears on Brite Gen’s website or printed materials within 30 days of purchase, Brite Gen will refund the price difference.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:

Special-order products.

Installed, opened, or damaged goods (unless manufacturer defect).

Non-resellable items such as fluids, accessories, or parts clearly marked as non-returnable.
6. Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted.

If you need a different product, please place a new order and return the original under this policy.
7. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.

Allow up to 30 days from receipt and approval of the returned item for refund processing.
