The Generac 28kW next generation air-cooled home standby generator provides automatic backup power for maximum air-cooled capacity. Rated at 28/25kW (LP/NG) on 120/240V single-phase, it starts within seconds of a utility outage and is driven by a Generac G-Force 1000 Series (997cc V-Twin) built specifically for standby use.
True Power™ electrical technology keeps total harmonic distortion (THD) typically below 5%, so sensitive electronics, networking gear, and variable-speed HVAC systems run smoothly.
