Hiring Generator Installation Technician
Install residential and light commercial Generac standby generators, pads, and automatic transfer switches
Handle site prep, rigging, placement, wiring, start-up, and customer handoff
Coordinate with gas providers for fuel connections and meter upsizing
Perform load checks, voltage and frequency verification, and Mobile Link setup
Complete warranty and service tasks, including routine maintenance and diagnostics
Document work with photos, notes, and checklists
2+ years in electrical, generator, or related trades
Comfortable with 120/240V single phase, neutral/ground separation, bonding, and ATS wiring
Can read prints, follow NEC best practices, and work safely around live equipment
Valid driver’s license and clean record, able to lift 75 lbs, comfortable with ladders
Pride in workmanship, on-time, neat, and customer-friendly
Generac, EGSA, or state electrical credentials
Mini-excavator or concrete pad experience
Low-voltage networking basics for Wi-Fi setup

Customer Service Representative
Answer inbound calls and emails, schedule site visits, installs, and maintenance
Create work orders, handle parts orders and RMAs, and coordinate crews
Keep customers updated on permits and utility coordination
Maintain records, warranties, and service plans in the CRM
Take payments and close out jobs with accurate documentation
2+ years in electrical, generator, or related trades
Comfortable with 120/240V single phase, neutral/ground separation, bonding, and ATS wiring
Can read prints, follow NEC best practices, and work safely around live equipment
Valid driver’s license and clean record, able to lift 75 lbs, comfortable with ladders

Sales Representative, Standby Power
Run in-home and on-site consultations for residential and small commercial customers
Assess loads, discuss fuel options, sizing, placement, and permitting
Build proposals and close sales, hand off cleanly to operations
Track pipeline, follow up on leads, and hit monthly targets
Consultative sales style with integrity and follow-through
Comfortable on job sites and around electrical equipment
CRM discipline and clean documentation
Prior generator, HVAC, solar, or electrical sales is a plus
